Customers must provide accurate booking details, confirm service scope, and protect their Customer Account. Service timing and availability depend on location, garment condition, household requirements, and operational capacity.
Invoices & adjustments
Total Amount updates are recorded after service confirmation. Verified duplicate charges, processing errors, or incomplete service claims may be reviewed and corrected according to applicable consumer rights.
Eligibility
Service access is restricted to verified users aged 18 or older. Washing Points and promotional service credits are non-cash service metrics subject to published offer conditions.
